Shipping Information
Products are dispatched either via Royal Mail, or a trusted courier service. Generally, we use DPD, FedEx and UPS.
Returns
Goods may be returned to us if damaged, or incorrect. Customers have 30 days to return goods from date of receipt. Refunds (or credit) will be given when goods are received in good order at our offices. Outer packaging is less important when returning goods, but inner packaging (ie: the sleeves in which the actual product is contained) should be intact and un-opened.
